This guide will allow you to install that driver and then prevent Windows 10 from replacing it with the old "approved" Surface drivers (which for some stupid reason have the graphics control panel stripped out). I hook up to an HDMI television on a regular basis that requires an adjustment to HDMI scan settings which are not accessible with the standard Surface drivers.
